How to Set up Mail, Contacts, and Calendars on iPhone and iPad?

Step1: Go to the settings, from your home screen.

Step2: In the setting screen, scroll down and tap to select mail from the options provided.

Step3: Tap on the accounts to continue and then click on the Add Account tab.

Step4: A list of email providers will be displayed on your screen, select the email provider/ email account which you wish to add.

( If the provider that you wish to add is not listed, tap the other option and select the add mail account. Follow the instructions mentioned not he screen and continue to add your email id).

Step5: If you have a Google account, enter your email address and then select next.

Step6: when promoted enter your password and click on the continue option.

Step7: Wait for the mail to verify your account.

Step8: Select the contents that you wish to sync from your email id (optional).

Corporate Accounts

For corporate email accounts, you will have to set up mail account on your iPhone manually i.e you will have to enter the incoming and outgoing server settings and their respective port numbers.

The same process will also happen if one is using the email account provided by your service provider, or if you are using an account who is associated with any domain name. Such accounts always come with server setting too.
